Bischofliche Weinguter Riesling DOM Trier 2018

Attractive floral and citrus notes on the nose. The palate is elegant with pure, bright fruit in an off-dry style, creating the perfect balance between ripe fruit and acidity. Pairs well with grilled and smoked fish, or pork dishes. The grapes are grown in the steep, slatey soils of the Mosel, Saar and Ruwer. After careful picking and selection, they are fermented in 1000L oak Fuder and stainless steel tanks – blended later to add complexity. The wine rests on its fine lees for a few months before bottling.
