12 Linajes Crianza Ribera del Duero

This 12 Linajes Crianza was born in Soria, the easternmost and coldest part of the Ribera de Duero, created with old vines grown at high altitudes. A ‘Ribera’ with personality and a modern style: concentrated, fruity and with a tight aging that respects the essence of the wine.

Tasting Notes:

Blackberry, leather, and plum aromas, full and lush on the palate, with grippy tannins. Very intense with mineral and dairy notes with essence of wild black fruits (raspberries and blackberries) combined with spicy elegant notes of black pepper and cloves with light memories of roasted coffee and toffee candies. The taste is balanced and rounded, powerful but with a velvety and well-integrated step that ends in volume and fat spice and mineral aftertaste. Oaky berry flavors are accented by spice and chocolate notes, while the finish brings pronounced coffee and mocha flavors.

Food Pairing: Red meat, roast lamb, cured cheese and blue pasta.
