Each Barons de Rothschild Champagne has the exceptional characteristics that make it a very great Champagne. Brut Barons de Rothschild is a rich, complex and airy wine. Its blend is based on wines of at least three to four years of Chardonnays and Pinots Noirs which come from the best terroirs of Champagne. This unique marriage makes it a wine with a finesse of bubbles, a golden color, with fine and subtle aromas of white-fleshed fruits. Low in dosage and kept for at least six months after disgorging, this Champagne offers a balanced and pleasant structure on the palate that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or throughout a meal.
