The journey of Strange Nature begins with alcohol-removed New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc wine. After an exhaustive 18 months of experimentation, the makers of Strange Nature settled on a distinctive approach: double distillation with a sole botanical – juniper. This choice was made for its expressiveness, creating a perfect synergy with the natural alcohol derived from Sauvignon Blanc.
